"One of the things I love most about being a therapist is that I get to meet others from all walks of life, young and old. Being let into another's life story to help them feel better emotionally is something I don't take for granted. The unfolding of the therapy process is life altering and it is an honor to be a witness to it happening in people's lives."
Breanna Kaup MA, LIMHP, CPC is a Western Nebraska native, Eastern Nebraska transplant, and now blessed to call Central Nebraska home. She provides mental health therapy services both locally, as well as through telehealth across greater Nebraska.
Whether having just met or been working together for weeks, she genuinely cares about each person, their health goals, and the outcomes of their therapy sessions. Her natural warmth, empathy, and professionalism fit with her calling as a therapist and her office provides a confidential, judgment-free place to improve mental wellness.
She believes that when a person is struggling with something emotionally, it can be viewed through a lens of purpose. Your struggle is not for nothing. It can lead to personal growth, a healthier self, and better relationships. These things take time and therapy provides an intentional time and place to process what you are experiencing.
Breanna is a Licensed Independent Mental Health Practitioner and Certified Professional Counselor in the state of Nebraska. She has been practicing therapy since 2011 and has specialized training and experience in the areas of perinatal mental health, women's wellness, and anxiety/stress management.
